I did not send it back because the server's attitude and poor service were triggering my PTSD from Nam. The steak was almost well done and the fries and Onion Ring came to me crisp that it was crunchy and hard to eat. I ordered a NY Steak medium rare not medium well with French Fries. He made it sound like it was my wife's fault for the meal being sent back. When it was corrected the server made the comment, "next time you should also include no sauce." He knew the sauce had a season at the time of the order but failed to inform her of the seasoned sauce. However, tonight the Salmon had sauce with pepper on it. My wife ordered Salmon without seasoning like she had the first time we visited this restaurant last week. However, tonight's experience with the server and the inept cook reminded me of the reason why Black Bear Dinner went belly-up in our town Santa Maria.
